Forms

In determining awards at the annual convention, the following classifications shall be used for all clubs: 

• small clubs = 15-under

• medium clubs = 16-35

• intermediate clubs = 36-60

• large clubs = 61 and up

The membership as of December 1 preceding the convention shall be used to determine classification.
